| We are nestled in the heartland. Living on a small farm in Central Iowa. My husband farms and I raise Pure and Part Bred Arabians, Pure Bred Euro Russells and Shorty Jack Russell Terriers. My enormous love of animals has allowed me to fulfill my dream of being able to have my own business. I use to raise and breed another breed of dog years ago. At the time I held down an outside job, raising two children and helping my husband on the farm. With being so busy I decided to give up the dogs. We had a house dog for years. When she passed away it was hard to think about getting another house dog. It was a couple of years later that I decided to look into purchasing another family dog. My friend introduced me to the Black and Tan Jack Russell or Euro Russell. I purchased one and fell in love! I also love the Shorty Jack Russell Terriers and with the help of another breeder, who has become a dear friend. She has helped to guide me to find top quality dogs to keep producing superb conformation and bloodlines. Look at me now! As I stated on my home page we are always promoting and improving this breed. If there is a dog that does not work with my program we will not breed the dog. You will never see one of our dogs in the pound! Our puppies and dogs are always placed in loving homes! What makes the terriers special is; their coats, easy to take care of even the rough coats, are minimal maintenance, personality, intelligence, athletic and best of all the puppies! For me the biggest reward is a puppy kiss! Our dogs enjoy spacious yards with grass, wading pools on hot days, heated rooms on cold days, tons of toys and lots of love! We welcome you to visit our site often. And if you are ever in Iowa or Arizona we would love to give your a tour of the farm! Jeff and Dawn Labertew |
